New way to get email SparkPoints - if emails getting blocked

Hi everyone

We are still working to resolve our email problems with Yahoo. Also as mentioned in a past post most people not on Yahoo should be receiving emails.

We made a site enhancement today so you can also view today's daily emails on the site. We thought this would be helpful for days when you can't get your emails. You can read the email content and also earn SparkPoints. To get to the emails you can:
- Go to your Start page
- Click on "Account/Email Preferences" on the upper left of the Start page
- Click on the "Email" tab on your Account Preferences page
- Next to each of our 6 daily newsletter titles you will see a "View today's" link; clicking this will bring up today's email
- Currently you can only see today's email (March 23), but over time you'll be able to click back to older emails you might have missed

We also lowered the daily point cap for email SparkPoints from 50 to 10. The reason we used to have at 50 was in case you didn't get emails from us for a few days because of technical issues but then got them all later.

Thanks I have been getting mail right to my inbox from my ISP.I joined in January and this never happened till recently and I love it.
I was not getting the Spark mailers though. I am going to try it now.

Never had any spark points for the mail but getting the mail is way more important to me. Pat in Maine.

    I have to say I'm disappointed in the point change. I don't have time each day to get all the reading in, so took full advantage of being able to catch up in one day.

    I wondered why I wasn't getting any emails. I had been on vacation and came back to no emails!

Keep up the good work. Those daily tips, recipes, articles, and exercises are very helpful.

    I understand lowering the number of points---but one problem there---when I go on vacation I can only get on a limited time on computers at the timeshare---so I generally just do one spark email and save the rest for when I am home----I usually use my time on there to share on my teams to let them know I am having a good time and what I am doing to try to stay on the healthy lifestyle---this will create a problem for those who want to catch up on their points when come home.

    Thanks for the heads up. I wish you could have left it at 50 though. Members can't always read them every day due to life interfering and they may take day and "catch up". Now that's impossible.
