Ya gotta love monday, it's like the beginning, at least it always with my mom. She ALWAYS started a "diet" on Monday. I am not going to start a "diet" but this Monday starts two weeks of night shift. Not eating at normal times, trying to maintain a "normal" pattern is out the window. The last two times I went to night shift I ended up sick so I am trying to do really healthy things this time, trying to eat and exercise and do all the things I know to do with a hope to come out well and on trak.
