Embarassed but strong

Monday, March 22, 2010

So I haven't kept up with my weight loss for a while, but I need to.
I haven't really logged onto Sparkpeople for a long time, and I was just thinking about what a great site and tool this is... and I need to take advantage of that.

Here I am... a few pounds heavier than the last time I signed in.

I need to do this.

Stay Strong!

Thank you everyone! That's why I love this site, there are so many amazing people that help support each other.

I am right there with you - having been away and now, renewing my efforts. This is a great tool and helps with the mental aspects as well as the motivational. Good luck and do stay strong. You deserve it! emoticon

I understand where you are coming from...I had also taken some time off, and suddenly realized just how much I missed the interaction with my spark friends and all the great motivation and support that I get from everyone. I have recently reevalutated my goals and also changed how often I have been working out. Making some minor changes may be all you need to get back in the swing of things too. Good Luck.

Glad you came back to get on track. It is always good to see people come back after taking some time off. I know you will be able to add encouragement to others going through similar experiences. You will do just fine!
