OMG! Hubby decided he had a CRAVING for chicken wings this weekend...so I went in search of a SparkRecipe to make some for Saturday.
Found a recipe...basically consisting of chicken, hot sauce and butter. Used frozen chicken wings (easily 4 ounces apiece) and baked them until crispy in the oven...tossed them with the sauce and ate 4 with an oz of celery and a tablespoon of Marie's Lite Chunky Blue Cheese dressing...
Ok! I stayed within my calorie range all day but my FAT was through the roof!
GEEZ! Lesson learned...no hot wings for me!
However, I AM craving some Sushi Rolls and with some research on the subject found that I can easily fit an entire california roll into my meal plan using my low sodium soy sauce
