So this weeks goals
I'm committing to 180 min of cardio at the gym
I am meeting with a Trainer for weight training on Thursday morning @ 6:30am
Walk on my lunch break three times this week
Walk home 1.5 miles Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
and getting up and out of bed so that I can make it to the gym on saturday morning !!!!!
