It was about a year and a half ago that I joined Weight Watchers and lost 30 lbs. Since then, I have done two challenges (Biggest Loser Challenge with my family) and unfortunately neither one of the challenges really helped me lose weight. I am definitely healthier and eating better than ever, but I haven't lost a single lb! In fact, somewhere in there I actually gained weight. I think it's because I am getting less exercise and not as active because I had to quit my job. I was having severe and frequent migraines and that kept me on the couch most days of the week.
However, I am doing much better lately and I have come off all of my medication.
I am going to join Weight Watchers again and am working part time. Since I have a few days off every week, I am planning to go to the gym on those days so as not to push myself too hard and cause any migraines.
