No weigh-in today. I'm a little scared.
Friday I ended up going down to my best friends house for the night, we ened up drinking alot of Coors Light and eating a late night snack of scrambled eggs and fake bacon. Saturday morning we woke up bright eyed and bushy tails and decided to take advantage of the gorgeouse weather. We packed my nephew up in his stroller and took a nice 3.5 mile walk. After that we we went to Subway and I got a 6 inch veggie sub and a bottle of water. I headed for home in the mid-afternoon and got some housework done. The bf and I had plans for dinner and a movie, but he had been doing yardwork all day so he stunk, was tired and a little buzzed. We decided to just go to our favorite place for Greek salads, pizza and beer. We each got a small greek and our own bar pizza, I got pepper and mushroom and had about 3 slices. We got home and were in bed by 8 pm, we were wiped out.
Sunday I woke up and headed to the local dog shelter where I volunteer for 3 hours of spring cleaning. We were on our hands and knees cleaning out and taking apart crates, runs, floors and walls. All while trying to keep the dogs occupied and moving them around while we were cleaning there areas. I got home around 1 pm, did 6 straight hours of yard work with the bf. And then last night we had to head to his friends parent's house who are in Bermuda and had a flooded basement. We spent 3 hours there moving boxes, ripping up carpet and cleaning.
12 hours of very intense labor.... I am very very sore today, I will not be making it to the gym.
On the menu for today is my usual english muffin with a side of strawberries for breakfast
Snack will be a banana
Lunch - im not sure, I didnt pack one. I'll prob run home and cut up some cabbage cukes and tomatoes and sprinkle with vinegar
Snack will be an orange or some peanuts
Dinner - not sure, but definitely something with alot of veggies.
