i haven't tracked my food in 18 days and workout couple of times . i've been sick and felt underweather from that time of month last couple of days. This week my plan is to get back in it.
goals for this rest of the month

body pump 3 to 4 times week

rpm 3 to 4 times week

self challenge 5 times week

self challength strength twice

quick fire almost every day

start tracking my food again

get 40 miles in workout out


by the way i got the clean eating mag , pedomenter, the eat clean recharged book and i will get fit this time journal. if you have any of these products how do you like them? emoticon

    I buy the Clean Eating magazine, and really like reading it. There are some really good recipes in it.

    I've gotten one Clean Eating magazine and I really like it. Thinking of getting a subscription...The journal sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up.

It sounds like you've got some great plans. Be careful not to push to hard to fast. You don't want to hurt yourself.
