I buy the Clean Eating magazine, and really like reading it. There are some really good recipes in it.

I use a journal. I like having a hard copy of my eating habits and how they are evolving. Good luck this week. emoticon emoticon emoticon

I've gotten one Clean Eating magazine and I really like it. Thinking of getting a subscription...The journal sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up.

It sounds like you've got some great plans. Be careful not to push to hard to fast. You don't want to hurt yourself.
