happy dance on a chair, dangerous

Sunday, March 21, 2010

I'm trying to keep up with a weekly vlog. not much new. I am down to 183 from 217 starting weight as i posted in a written blog. i dont feel like I reflect 30 lbs lost visually . When i saw a recent pic of me i was down, but had to say to myself the picture could have been worse lol. So today i took pictures to compare. Cheer myself up i guess and see that i have worked hard to lose those 34 lbs. I hope i get to a place where i am pleased with myself. By the way, doing a happy dance on a chair can be dangerous, for both happy dancer and chair. we were both lucky this time lol.

You've done amazing! And I'll use you as inspiration for the 40 pounds I hope to drop. Check out the photos again - there's a big difference - not only in size - but check out your new smile. WOW
