i love yoga - i feel great: strong, flexible, peaceful, still. BUT it's not getting me the weight loss i really want. 1.5 pounds a month is okay, but i want to lose more. so today i didn't go to the 830am yoga class i took a 20 minute walk in the neighborhood & then a 35 minute swim. i'll get to the yoga studio tomorrow, but also go for another walk.
