I am stuck here at 193 and want to move down. I must up my walking and add some Tai Chi. With all the things happening in my life the walks really help.
I am eating less but not necessarily better. I could not stop myself from having a bite of brownie last night. It was enough to stop me from having a change in my weight this morning. I was so busy I did not take my fiber supplement and that is a big no no for me. Also I was so busy I did not get in my aerobic walk for the last two days. That is really important.
A slow walk is ok but walking faster is really necessary for my well being.
Anyway I blew big time an interview. I could not remember anything!
