Yuck! I feel like a disgusting fat pig tonight. I ate too much and now my stomach hurts! The funny thing is, I didn't even reach my goals for calories and fat tonight. Not even 1200 calories today. I am having problems getting my daily meals/food balanced correctly. I had salad (with cheese)for lunch and salad (with chicken) for dinner and was short so many calories tonight I ended up eating a frozen dinner, ice cream and pancakes all between 10:30pm and 12am. Over 700 calories and I wasn't even really hungry! Now I just feel sick. Will it really hurt that much if I fall short of my minimum goals occasionally? Surely, it's better than overeating late at night just to catch up? I am also working hard to get enough fruits and veggies, but then I end up going over on my fiber. I suppose I should try using the meal plans, but I am very picky about what I eat and don't have a lot of time or energy for cooking. Help!
