Day 18 and I'm beginning to fall behind

Thursday, March 18, 2010

Okay, so here it goes for today...

I got up early did Burnagenics, it was a 25 minute waste of time. It's pulsing squeezing, generally boring, and only burned like 90 calories. Snooze.

I came home and did Turbo Sculpt part of the Turbo Jam series, and it was oddly reminscent of Lower Body Jam, which I did a couple of weeks ago. In fact the whole time I kept thinking didn't I just do this one? But it didn't include the green stretchy band, so that's the difference, but I still might go back in my log and see if I did this one when I have time at some point.

Then I did Cardio Party Remix, and should have done ZYoga, but got stuck at work later than normal, and tomorrow morning I have another early morning meeting that puts me to work at 0640, or earlier now that I realize I forgot to pull some files. Crapper.

So now I'm two workouts behind for this week, and I'll hope to make them up on Saturday or Sunday. Sigh.

Don't try to crush everything in a weekend. Just try to add 15-20 minutes to your workouts for the next several days and get through them. Then you aren't over exerting yourself and putting yourself at risk for an injury.

At least you did something! Don't feel bad about it. You'll catch up. Good luck!

Don't discourage yourself! You have been doing great so far--applaud yourself for that instead. So--you miss a workout or two---it's okay. Just keep yourself accountable for at least 30 minutes a day---just a suggestion---that is what my daily goal is. Minus my off day-Sunday. You should have at least one day to rest in my opinion or else you will burn out. Good luck and keep it up!!
