Still at it!

My husband and I are still making progress! I'm so happy that we haven't given up yet. We actually joined a health club at the beginning of February and we have been going about 4 times a week. I am finally seeing some good results, and so is he. For the last week I have been closely watching my calories and finally the lbs are starting to drop. I'm reading the Biggest Loser book and it is giving me a lot of ideas and tips. We are planning to run an 8k next month which we've never done before. It should be interesting to say the least! I'm trying to spend less time on the computer, so my updates and status will probably be lacking because I'll be out exercising instead. Sparkpeople has given me so much motivation though, so I'll never be very far away. I will check in at least once a month and update. Thanks Sparkpeople!
