ER4YT: Day 4

I'm enjoying this food plan! I cooked stir-fry last night and that's one of my favorite meals. I also had a serving of chocolate frozen yogurt for dessert! I've stuck to the one soda per day, down from having 4-6 in an average day. I typically don't weigh in the middle of the week, but I'm down 4 pounds in 4 days. I'm not hungry, not missing anything and loving it.

    Cutting sodas out (for the most part; I still have them sometimes when I'm out to dinner) helped me a lot. I was shocked at how just reducing the intake really helped me start to lose weight, so this is a good step!
