On the road to recovery..

Wednesday, March 17, 2010

Monday I had surgery to remove my gallbladder as many of you know. Thank God for new technology which makes this surgery a lot less invasive than when, for example, my mother had it. It was awful back then. I can not say enough thanks for all support and well wishes that I have received. God is so good! I don't want this to be a be stumbling block to my continuing journey to fitness. It's so easy to get sidetracked when you don't feel good & can't exercise. I want to get right back with the program and do even better! I'm hoping I will feel even better when I recover and will make the progress that I haven't quite be able to obtain previously!! Bless you all Spark People!! emoticon emoticon
