Yesterday

They say hind sight is 20/20. So i'm doing this to reflect on how I did. This will also kinda serve as my diary. This helps me stay motivated or get get back on track. This is a blog so please tell me how YOU are doing too.....Yesterday i exercised before i went to work, ate well, even had my 8 glasses of water. Today hasn't gone too good (no exercise, haven't eaten well)but the day isnt over yet. I'll let you know tomorow.

    I am brand new to this. but your blog is an example of what I like about this site we can put down how we are doing and get feedback from others. We don't work a field for routine so we just have to figure out how to program ourselves to do things anytime that most people do on a schedule. It can be done.

    Yesterday, didn't eat so well. But I did work out for 45 minutes doing martial arts which apparently is a high calorie buner so that made me happy. I'm hoping to have lost 1 lb or at least stay the same by Friday....C u next time

    Yesterday i was on (24hr) shift. i ate healthy, but didn't wake up early enough to work out before i went to work cuz i didn't go to sleep early enough. C U tomorow!

    been a few days since i updated this (sorry). to make a long story short, the past 3 days were a disaster. I didnt eat right and didnt exercise. The highlight was my weigh in on Friday because i stayed the same weight and i only exercised twice the past week but i really watched what i ate. my wife asked me to work out with her to help her exercise more consistantly so i'll be exercising more this week. :) Thanks amor. I love you!....see you all next time.......

    I agree about the blogs. When I first joined SparkPeople a few weeks ago, I was like "why do I need to blog" now I find I'm getting hooked on blogging, reading blogs, posting etc.. It's been a GREAT way to stay motivated! Visiting SparkPeople regular keeps my health and my goals in the front of my mind so keep on bloggin'! emoticon

    Keep up the good work, someday I get it done and others I just don't. But I am moving forward as well. Yesterday only did 10 to 15 minutes of exercise and I am ok with that - just a bad day! For get it and move on.....will keep checking on you see you around the team!
