They say hind sight is 20/20. So i'm doing this to reflect on how I did. This will also kinda serve as my diary. This helps me stay motivated or get get back on track. This is a blog so please tell me how YOU are doing too.....Yesterday i exercised before i went to work, ate well, even had my 8 glasses of water. Today hasn't gone too good (no exercise, haven't eaten well)but the day isnt over yet. I'll let you know tomorow.
