1. Track my food everyday
I missed one day so far this month.
2, Exercise at least 15 min every day
I missed 1 day so far this month.
3. Continue to spring clean my house 1 room at a time. (I don't want to wait until Spring because when Spring comes, I want to be able to go out and enjoy the good weather!) I got 4 rooms done in February.
Doing great on this! Got 3 rooms done so far this month! Only 2 rooms left to do.
4. Rock the 5% challenge with the Lady Bugs team!
Lady Bugs are doing great!!! I was down 2 pounds after the first week! Woohoo!!! Go Lady Bugs!!!
