i guess i am gonna whine..pure and simple! i know if i were exercising more, i'd be seeing results..more weight loss anyway. i have been ultra disciplined with recording my food intake/eating healthy/taking supplements but i still thought the water, lean eating would result in a larger drop in weight...poor me, right. just having a sucky day and the overcast/cold isn't helping... seems like i either get the diet right and don't work out, or i workout great and my diet is lousy...
