Do you really need protein powder? Or can you just get all protein from foods? I don't eat any meat and I will eat a little yogurt. (only eat eggs in cookies ...lol) I eat lots of fruit and veggies and I'm adding more beans and grains. Oh and I do eat some soy.
I have a protein shake with my breakfast every morning. I just drink it. I make sure that it is in the fridge overnight so that it is cold. It just tastes better that way to me. It is fast and easy so you are not held up making breakfast.
