... so they go way too fast for me! I contacted The Firm to ask about beginner workouts.

In the meantime, I found a great website with some Free Tutorial Videos to use with The Step - I am downloading them to my RealPlayer.

    Thanks for info on my sparkpage,Linda! Everything is coming together,workuts,losing wt.,counting--I call it spending my calories because I want to eat what " I spent and paid for" my calories.It surprisingly helps my mindset.     Wow what a great link!

I just do the best pace I can and then I speed up for 30-60 (for intervals). Works for me. Maybe when I'm back in shape I can keep up . . . until then . . .
