Really good day

Wow! This time change is really kicken my backside. No matter how early I go to bed, I still feel like I haven't slept. I think its psychological. I tell myself that I'm never going to get used to the time change. Usually, by November, I have it down but, it changes again. Oh Well!
Spent 2 hours at the gym doing cardio and weight training. I'm still loving the elliptical and have increased by time 5 minutes each week. I'm now up to 40 minutes. It's a good feeling. I also started doing weight training. Just starting so going slow. I treated myself to a tan afterwards. So relaxing. I think I fell asleep. Hopefully, I can keep this up. I think when I start seeing the results it will get easier.
