Malted Chocolate Easter Eggs

Monday, March 15, 2010

Not eating these in moderation,

Wolfing them down

Not even enjoying them

I am eating them like I have to get rid of them.

I know this is a minor setback and I have to prepare for the comeback...

I know that i am still on the right track I just stopped at the wrong station.

Well I am going to flag down that conductor and let him know emoticon I am leaving

the station called emotional eating.. And he can take these malted eggs with him too!!.. Well
leave one

    ooohhhh...yes. The dreaded CHOCOLATE times..Easter..halloween...valentin
es day..
Any reason for the school system to send home chocolate and candies to the house where I must of course hide them from the kids! I am the only one who knows the hidden place....hehehehe
Just remember chocolate as every food is ok in moderation and chocolate in particular carries those little goodies that are helpful to the heart-in moderation.
Eat what you will, chuck the rest, because out of sight is out of mind, and move on.
.....Just because one plate got broke don't mean you gonna drag the rest out the kitchen cabibet and throw them on the floor...

Not knowing what the calorie and fat content are, I'd still say maybe allow yourself a couple. You can plan for having these kinds of things -- the Spark Plan usually allows for 200-250 snack calories a day. You'll feel better in the long run that you controlled it, you have the power! emoticon

As a fellow chocolate lover...Easter is going to be as hard to resist candy-wise, as it was during Valentine's Day & Christmas. The good news is that after that, we're pretty much holiday-free for awhile.
