When it rains, it POURS!

Monday, March 15, 2010

OR - they all wait then come in a bus. That's what I used to say at work when it was quiet all day then at 4:30 twelve people walked in needing something right away, lol.

I just spent a load of cash for new hardwood flooring. Now one of my toilets needs to be taken out to replace a broken flange. AND I just paid for some landscaping, fertilizing, mowing, only to find I also need the pest control people to spray the foundation and yard.

I'm leaking $$$$. AND, suddenly there's a unit available for my mother, who has been waiting to move here from Conroe, about 4 hours away. I'll have to get her, take her there to fill out the lease, etc. and pay the first month's rent and deposit. She'll need a few things for her new apartment, don't we always when we move? I'm footing the bill for this too.

How can you go from very comfortable and right on your financial plan/budget, to suddenly spending all your available cash in one week!

It's the way things happen, I know. Hopefully, none of my applicances will go out this week!

Karen, it DOES always happen that way! But it will get better soon and then you can console one of us when it happens to us. I'm so happy your mom gets her place soon! That was good news!

It's like when you get some unexpected cash and suddenly your car break down or something it's like we are only supposed to have so much and that's it!
