So I took a 3 day break from my norm stressed out life. I spent evenings by the lake, writing in my journal, bubble baths by candlelight, and listening to relaxing music as I focus on meditating. I spent the days, walking by the lake, up the road from the lake, then back to the condo. I also spent time eating healthy.. yay!! I did not falter on my goal or my food. No fast food for me!! I ate vegetables, steamed and raw... I ate lots and lots of fresh fruit... Mmmm I love blackberries and raspberries. My evenings ended with a nice frozen tall glass of pure smoothie enjoyment.. yummmm!! I have lost 3.6 pds since Wed morning. Wooohoooo
