Today has been such a struggle. I knew the time change was coming, my body could feel it. It never fails every year about this time sleep becomes a big issue. I not only have trouble falling asleep (even when I am dead tired), but I wake up 3 to 4 times a night (always at the exact same times). I have no problem in the fall, that extra hour of sleep is great. Of course my day got off to a slow start with waking up an hour later than normal. My whole day was thrown off. It was a gloomy, dark day which didn't help matters any. I could not muster up motivation to do much of anything. Had I not had a challenge for one of my spark team challenges (thanks to the Gold's Gym Cardio spark team) I don't think I would have gotten off the couch for anything. I have tried several different things over the years to try to combat this but have had no success. I've read the articles about it as well. I just would like to have a full night's sleep before fall comes!!
