I can do it if i put my mind to it! It was a really good weekend, on Saturday, i did 1hr45min on the treadmill and I ran 30 minutes. Still feeling kinda crappy from teh flu, but i did it!
Today i did 90 minutes on the treadmill. Sundays are my take it easy day so i walked at 3.7mph in stead of trying to run.
But not only the exercise worked, but I ate properly as well. I watched my intake and I made sure that I logged every morsel that passed thru my lips.
This week should be a little tougher, it is March Break for the kids, but my plan and intentions are to STAY ON TRACK!
