IF YOU'RE SNOOZING LIKE KIRBY JOE & LA LA LA, YOU WONT LOSE........

LUCKY CHALLENGE!

L: Lower body: 1 point per Set of 20 reps, 5 points max per day.

U: Upper body: 1 point per Set of 20 reps, 5 points max per day.

C: Cardio: 20 minutes=5 points, Max 60 mins per day 15 points.

K: Keep it in range: stay in your calorie range=5 points per day.

Y: You Time: Spend 15 minutes on you, meditating, organizing, blogging, whatever=5 points per day max.

MAX 35 Points per day:)


Clarification for L and U. Each set is 20 reps of a lower or upper body exercise. For Example you would get 1 point for doing 1 Set of 20 Squats. Hope that helps:)

    They are so cute when they are asleep. Mine sleep very soundly and quite often sleep through the night, just like me. Unfortunately, our Mini Australian Shepherds get my husband up at least twice every night.
