I just read a blog that made me think deeply.
This is the time of year the the clocks "spring forward." What a wonderful time for us to spring forward and recommit to our healthy journey. I have not done well for several weeks. I've been on a carb journey. Toast and bread and pasta have been on my eating list. It's time to recommit to myself and Spark.
Spring time is a time for new fruits and veggies, farmer's markets, salads, and beautiful walks and hikes. What a special time of year to recommit to ourselves. Join in my journey.
