Today I don't feel like exercising. As I am sitting here I am debating with myself if I should get moving now or later, the problem I may not feel like it later either. I have a goal of 30 miles in a week and if I don't do any moving today I won't make my goal this week. I have already decided what exercises I will do today it is getting myself to do them. Hopefully I will change my thinking and get in gear and just do it.
