Finally some progress

I didn't think this would be a good week, but it turned out I did lose over 3 pounds from last week. I did write down most everything I ate and did better, but still have a long ways to go. Still have those cravings for salt and chips. Luckily I didn't buy any for home and only have the small bags at work. All I can do is take it a day at a time and continue to change my behaviors and habits.
Still not that much motivation and am struggling to get motivated to exercise. The battle continues....
I just have to figure out how to use this darn website. I can't seem to easily find the parts of it that I want. Will just have to keep on trying.
