I am a lucky "girl"! I'm married to a WONDERFUL( did I ever tell you how handsome he is?) man (36 yrs in August) and I have a very sweet son and daughter- in- law in Portland. We were invited to come down for my daughter- in law's 29th bday. She actually turned 29 on Thursday (the 11th) Because my husband travels thru and around the Portland area on business every other week, he often sees the "kids" for dinner. What made my weekend so sweet was the invitation the "kids" extended to me to stay with them at their tiny house (888 sq ft) while my husband has extended trips throughout Oregon....anytime..they stressed the invite was ALWAYS open..they said they love me being with them and they don't like me to be home alone so much. (my husband is gone at least 10 nights a month. I (along with my husband) must've done something right when we raised our son and, lucky for us, he found a gem of a woman to marry. WOW! I feel very blessed!
Oh...Because I was out of town ( & distracted), I forgot to post my weigh in for week 8. I lost another pound..one...ok! I'll take it!!!
