So, my Darling bought me a Nook, and at first I didn't appreciate the absolutely amazing versatility of the eBook, but I've quickly become a convert.
I'm still on my first eBook. I waited to buy The Spark until I could put it on the Nook, and, of course, I'm loving reading it. Even after just over a year on the program, I'm gaining new insights and finding inspiration.
But what's even better is what this is doing for my cardio workouts. The weather is pretty crummy this week, so I'm using my Nook while I'm on the elliptical, still plugged into my iPod, but on lower volume. And the time is just flying by! It's just what I need to occupy my mind so that while my body is into the workout, my mind is exploring a whole different world!
Have any of you found the same benefit with eBooks and your workouts?
The "more" part of this blog is just about being grateful to celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the 1st date with the best man who has ever (or will ever) come into my life, besides my Dad. He's awesome and we totally click. So, bring on the rain, cause I've got sunshine in my heart...
