I used to play this drinking game with my friends in college called "Kings". You pick a different thing for each card in the deck. I don't remember what they all were anymore, but they were something like:
Ace=waterfall
Jack - make a rule about drinking
King - finish your drink
Red cards - take # drinks on card
Black cards - give out # drinks on card, etc
Since I missed my workout group class this morning due to going out and having a couple of drinks with a friend who passed through town on a cross-country moving trip, I thought I'd do my workout in memory of all those calories I drank away during college.
I've turned it into a workout for the gym. Same idea. Pick something for each card. Draw a card, do assigned task, repeat until the end of the deck. Same goal: try not to puke before its done, lol. :-)
Todays will be:
Ace - 15 box jumps
King - 10 stair runs
Queen - 15 burpees
Jack - 30 mountain climbers
Joker - 20 ninja rolls
Red - pushups, # on card
Black - squats, # on card
