why do I keep forgetting how great I feel after a good workout. Or even before then when I'm walking from my car in the parking lot into the gym with all the other people that get their butts up early on a saturday morning. I haven't exercised for about a week and I NEED TO GET MY BUTT INTO GEAR!!! emoticon yesterday i made a collage that represented my motivators filled with pictures of organized shelves, running shoes emoticon, cooking etc... and what did i do yesterday? lounge around the house and did.... NOTHING emoticon. Time to get with it! My community Center Gym opens at 7 today...and I will be the first person there. emoticon

    I have short term memory loss too....
    I want to bottle that post workout feeling, for when i forget!!

    i tend to have the same problem....i find that if i miss one day of exercise its even harder for me to get my butt in gear the next just gotta push through it and think of how proud you'll be when you finish your workout! emoticon
