I feel great! I have changed my workout regiment slightly. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, I wake up early to do Cardio..then off to the University. After classes, I do more Cardio then Strength Train! I have upped my Cardio days by adding one more workout video. I hope this helps me achieve my weight loss goals!

I am so happy though! I am officially in the 140s!1 ^_^ So happy!

Also.. I am dabbling with a new idea.. to slowly go Flexitarian.. Not complete Vegetarian.. but Flexitarian. I have been thinking about this for a while. I still want to have Dairy and eat Eggs.. but other then that.. I don't NEED meat. I drink Soy Milk now, so I won't be missing Cow's milk. AND, I can easily cut out Beef since I HARDLY eat it anyways. Chicken will be the only thing I would miss.. but I would get over it! I can easily replace my Chicken meals with TOFU. Mmm. I think I will research more.. get some more ideas...find some more veggies that are loaded with Protein..and make a really informed decision.

The health benefits would be really awesome! I am NOT doing this for the love of animals.. But if I don't change.. I will start buying Free Range Meat I think. My Bison already is.. so yes.. because I do love animals...I just like eating them too sometimes...

BAHH. What to do? What to do?

Well..I'll have to keep thinking..and make a decision soon..
