Thoughts on exercise

I have a pretty hectic schedule. The joke is no time to relax or take a vacation so how in the world would I fit in exercise? I am determined to be successful with this program. I bought a few "Biggest Loser" dvd's to take with me when I am on the road for work. Then last week I ordered "The Wave". I like to do balance exercises with weights so I thought I would try it. From what I read on line it's suppossed to be better than a Bosu ball which I just love to use. If anyone else has used this piece of equipment, I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say about this.

I also have my pass to use the gym tomorrow so I am on the right track.
