I hope I am not breaking any laws or rules here, but I came across this tip in the First magazine
As some of you know I have a dog with a LOT of coat, which she is constantly shedding,it also
gets matted, and last fall we played chase, me with a pair of scissors in hand, anyway this tip
says to sprinkle cornstarch over the affected area. Then starting at the ends of the fur and
working inward, use your fingers to divide a matt in half, then into quarters, eighths and so on,
adding more cornstarch as needed.the soft powderwill coat the strands, helping them glide
out of the stubborn snarl.
