Losing weight the wrong way!

Thursday, March 11, 2010

This morning I weighed 2 pounds less than Wednesday morning. We went to a Mexican place with some family members. I ordered 2 soft tacos. I ate one and a bite or two of the other one.
We had one stop on the way home. My husband had fun in the electronics store looking for a new TV. I got some more walking in last night. It's a large store.
Then I begin to feel sick. I went to bed when we returned home. About 2 this morning, I got up about 3 times. I was so sick. About 3:30. I finally went back to sleep. We were having thunderstorms, so I started thinking about the basement. Had it flooded since it was waterproofed? I was too sleepy to check. We had already had 3 inches by afternoon, and it's still raining. I'll look when I leave for a 9:30 appointment.
I want to come home and go to bed. My sister-in-law wants me to go to Trader's Joe. Of course, that's a treat for me. Maybe I'll feel better by then.
I'm sorry to go on and on. I did get on the treadmill this morning.

I feel ya Hon. I have one of those non predictable stomachs that seems to do what it wants when it wants.

Get plenty of juice and I always drink a Gatoraide to get me back up to speed.

    Hope you feel better soon.
