I keep a notebook of all my measurements since 1984 when I first started working out. Yesterday I did my measurements and had dropped an inch from my hips. I started looking back to find when I last had the same measurements as I do now. Basically, it was 1984 but also after I had my second and was exercises and walking a lot. I weighed 10 pounds less than now! I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I always knew I still had plenty of fat to lose. What a shock to have the same measurements at 130 lbs as I did at 120 lbs when I was 22 years old!
