Reverse Portion Distortion?

So, since I'm in the 2nd section of the Fast Break I decided that I should take the advice and start measuring items I had been just "eyeballing", imagine my surprise to find that I had been UNDERestimating nearly everything I ws eating. What I was calling a Tbsp of peanut butter was really about 1/2 as much and when I actually weighed mat portions they were also about 1/2. No wonder I've been hungry! I guess I need to measure things for a while just so I can get the amount of calories I am logging. :)
