A good day, and then I blew it.

The day was such a good one....laundry and housework in the a.m., then the gym. Painting with friends in the afternoon. By then I was really tired and drained, so I mixed a drink (actually 2) while cooking supper, and then....arghhhh.....noshed all evening on junk I didn't need, putting me way over the top of calories for the day. Okay, it was the first time in about 10 days -- I guess I should be focusing on those positive days --- and I'm getting back on track again today. But it proved to me that those 2 drinks are just TOO dangerous for me and weaken my self-control.
