Everyone in bed but me...this is dangerous. I am looking for snacks with 50 calories or less and doing a lot of nibbling when I should just go to bed. Next week is spring break and the kids seem to be up late with homework, projects, and studying for exams - which means that I am up later as well. Trying to unwind before hitting the hay, but seems like a million things are running through my head. Everything from needing to get my food updated on SP to making plans to keep the kids occupied next week and lots in between. Hopefully this feeling will pass soon. I can see how those 8 hours of sleep are beneficial...it's 8 hours that you aren't foraging for food.
