So, I'm totally not digging this! I'm trying to stay positive and refocus and not be too hard on myself. I had a good day yesterday, hopefully today will follow.

Evening edit: I got in a total of 12,165 steps today!

    I know it could be water weight since it's not a huge amount. But I know I made mistakes last week too. I just need to keep reminding myself that veggies and exercise are good for me and that chocolate is not a vegetable even if it's 85% dark chocolate!

I do feel like I've been waiting an eternity for eventually to come. This is why I get so upset and the drill sargent in my head starts mouthing off. I feel like I'm playing beat the clock, the clock being heart disease and diabetes!

    I was up 1.5 lbs also. Don't worry about this because it will all even out over the next little while. The weight gain could be water weight, too much sodium or numerous other things. Take good care and hang in with what you are doing. emoticon

    Don't give up... I battle the scale daily... it will move in the right direction eventually.
