Nothing much to say.

Tuesday, March 09, 2010

I haven't blogged much lately because I don't really have much to say. I am quite busy both at work and on Spark, so nut much time to get into any mischief.

Have you ever noticed how being very busy at work, even with paperwork, tends to make one extra tired in the evening and I don't seem to get anything done..................

For example, I bought a book called The Vitamin D Cure several months ago, and only got the first couple of chapters read, then life took over & I got too busy as work and when I got home I was just too p**ped to pop. I did what I had to then crashed - Not that I got more sleep or even better quality sleep,

I have had a very sore throat for the past week. I had a bit of a cold but that seems to be clearing up. It's just my throat that doesn't wan to ease up. It usually hurts the worse in the evening (or any time of the day I spend coughing my lungs out.

Well it is getting late so time to hit the hey! Hope everyone has a great day on Tuesday!

I know how it feels to never seem to have enough time for anything one might enjoy, I went several years without being able to read my books - I was spending to much time on others and other things that I didn't get to the ME stage of it (still have that issues from time to time, but its getting better).

Well hun, you know what you need to do and you can do it!!!!

It sounds like you need to quit coughing! Not strep is good. I vote for hot tea with honey, good for postnasal drip that tend to cause the lingering cough that tends to tear up the throat.

I've been away, but I'm so glad to be back on SP and this wonderful board. Hope you feel better soon and your hectic pace slows down.

Hugs,
Deborah
