Weekends are tough!

So, when I started on Spark People I decided to give myself 1 day as a "cheat" day. Not that I would go crazy, that wasn't the intention. But, it seems I go a little crazy on my cheat day (Saturday) and I start my cheat day on Friday night and since it's the weekend Sunday ends up with some cheating too! Good grief! So no more cheat day. I'll focus on eating right 7 days but try to come up with yummy and HEALTHY desserts and snacks (and meals too) so that I feel like I'm cheating.
If anyone has any great suggestions please let me know.

    Thanks for the suggestions. What are fudge bars? Are they like fudgesicles?
    I love salsa so the idea of adding it to meatloaf sounds yummy!

    There are so many healthy options out there...I recently revamped my meatloaf recipe, and started adding spinach to it. My kids love it, and I add salsa to it, giving a special taste. I also like to stock the fridge with sugar free pudding and fudge bars, for a sweeter treat and both are low in calories. I especially like salads, with low fat dressing and topped with all kinds of vegies and slivered almonds, and craisins, as well as cooked chicken. We eat our 'new potatoes' with the skin on for extra fiber, and oatmeal with flaxseed and egg whites are a favorite of mine, wheat germ is also especially tasty on top of oatmeal. emoticon emoticon
