Third time's a charm!!

OK, so my last blog entry was about how proud I was of sticking with the Couch to 5K plan... I was in the 5th week. I really did a good job back then and I really enjoyed my time running and making what I felt was a great accomplishment... but after being just 3 weeks from finishing the programI fell off the wagon anyway...

So here I go again. I'm only in the second week so I have a long way to go and it really feels like I'm starting all over again, which makes sense because there were 6 very fattening months between... but I'm motivated again. I'm not going to let anything get in my way this time - I'm so slow running and the program is designed for 10 minute miles, but once I get the 3 miles in I'll work on the speed part of it...

I'm really going to do it this time!!!
