I've hit a major plateau and I'm not sure what to do!! I want to get past this ASAP as summer time is coming up. My work out partner and I have been doing a lot of weight training lately, so I'm thinking it's time to start hitting the cardio HARDCORE!!!
I want to get into running again, but I know this is TMI but I have LARGE breasts and even when I wear 2 sports bras or ones that are small they still seem to give me a hard time. Especially in the back department.
Anyhoo....does anyone have any suggestions to get unstuck?? Is running really the best fat burner? I need to know because this is just frustrating.
