March 8

Monday, March 08, 2010

Today is my wedding anniversary. We are going to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. I don't know how I am going to count calories for today. I probably already blew it for today anyway, with the Eggs Benedict I had for breakfast. I am going to enjoy the day (it is sunny and warm for a change) and get back on track tomorrow. I only get one anniversary a year I intend to to celebrate enjoy it. Happy March 8 to everyone.

P.S. Sorry Care Bears no crunches today.

Hi, I hope you had a great anniversary. Welcome to the 50 # challenge. It's great to have you with us.

I noticed you have not blogged very much. How are things going?

I blog EVERY Day. It's addictive. It gets my thoughts on paper, so to speak, shares with my spark friends how my day went, good or not so good. It makes me accountable and helps along the way.

Join me on this wonderful Journey to a healthier lifestyle. This is a life long endeavor and can be a great way to live.

Thanks for reading my blog post. I read your page and your blogs, and I agree about how much easier it is to start than stick with it. My 2 weeks in Feb were the picture-perfect Spark example, and since March started my nutrition charts look like I have a split personality. But we can do this -- we have all the tools -- and there is a TON of support on this site.

Hope you had a beautiful anniversary and that you're having a great day today.
