Last week I thought that high fiber oatmeal was stalling my weight loss. But, now I am not so convinced. The oatmeal has been eliminated for a few days and the same problem exists. This week, my assignment is to find out what the culprit is in my weight loss stall. I suspect it is something that I have changed in my eating pattern. Or, it could be the fact that I have not strength trained at all last week, hummmmm emoticon . I will be adjusting my diet and strength train like a crazy person this week to find the culprit. I will also follow some advice and try steel oats for a change. Thanks KAYWEB555.

Who else is on the job out there?

    Good luck on your search for the troublemaker! Steel cut oats are SOOOO good. The difference between real oatmeal and instant is day and night. Oddly, I was just thinking I need to add that back in to my rotation of foods, since I lost a lot of weight at the start in January eating oatmeal for breakfast. I am struggling with getting enough fiber, too.
